Donations
We are committed to the construction of a representative new synagogue, which, as a religious center in the middle of our city, makes Jewish life visible and invites people to come together.
This is made possible by your support, for which we would like to express our sincere thanks.
Your donation enables unbureaucratic help and will be used exclusively for the new construction of the Bornplatz Synagogue.

We always need dedicated and experienced volunteers to maintain our social media channels facebook and instagram. Do you feel like it and have a little time?

Experience
Führungen
Student or teacher? With the “meet a jew” program, you can initiate an encounter between people of Jewish faith and non-Jews at school and learn a lot about Jewish religion and culture.
Meet a jew
Schüler:in oder Lehrer:in? Mit dem Programm “meet a jew” kann man in der Schule eine Begegnung von Menschen jüdischen Glaubens und Nichtjuden initiieren und viel über die jüdische Religion und Kultur lernen.
Institute for the History of German Jews
Conferences, guest lectures and colloquia can be found here, as well as numerous materials and publications.
Geschichtomat
The Geschichtomat is a digital city map. Young people search for traces of Jewish history and culture in their district. They can then record their impressions with videos, photos and texts. The project is intended to promote tolerance towards other cultures and religions.
The new Bornplatz Synagogue is becoming a reality.
The future requires commitment. And our work needs your support. Thank you very much indeed for any form of your contribution
